1:1 Sessions
Human beings are complex. We all know this. In fact, it’s the very reason so many of us are afraid to dive deep and explore our inner worlds. But what happens when we do rise to the challenge? We grow. We evolve. We open. We see.
I’ve created this 1:1 experience as a container. A container to safely hold whatever comes up with the freedom to explore your deepest truths. Because often, we write the truths we are afraid to say out loud and even when our inner world feels like a mystery, there is always an inner-knowing, a true voyage of discovery waiting.
In our 1:1 work together, we’ll ask a lot of questions. The hard ones. The ones that make us squirm a little. Because those tough, squirmy questions hold a wealth of wisdom and a pathway back to our truest selves.
We’ll also use writing to explore the many different narratives stored inside your body. We’ll use grounding techniques, metaphor, intuition, and “Parts Work” (or Internal Family Systems) to examine these stories, past and present. I believe our consciousness is comprised of many different “Parts.” Some parts are loud. Some parts are quiet. Some parts are extreme. Some parts are scared. But all parts are valid. And all parts NEED to be heard. By moving inward, we can do the necessary work of getting to know all of our parts. Especially the conflicting ones.
